This policy explains what personal data The CapCut System collects when you use the-system.co.uk, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it. We are the “data controller” for that data under UK GDPR.

What we collect

Application details. When you fill in our application form we collect the answers you give — typically your name, email address, phone number, and information about your goals and situation.
Booking details. If you book a call, we collect the time slot you choose and any details you add to the booking.
Payment details. If you join, payment is taken by our payment provider. We never see or store your card number. We receive only confirmation of the purchase and your billing contact details.
Usage data. Basic, non-identifying information about how the site is used — pages viewed, how you arrived, and rough location by country.
Referral code. If you arrive via a partner link, the referral code in the web address is stored in your browser for that visit so the right partner is credited.

Why we use it, and our legal basis

To respond to your application and run your call — legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering a contract.
To provide the membership you paid for — legal basis: performance of our contract with you.
To send you information about the programme — legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by using the unsubscribe link or emailing us.
To measure and improve our advertising and website — legal basis: our legitimate interest in running the business efficiently, and your consent where cookies require it.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers we need to run the business, each of which acts on our instructions:

Typeform — hosts our application form.
Calendly — handles call bookings and calendar invites.
Whop — handles membership payments and access.
Wistia — hosts the videos on this site.
Netlify — hosts this website.
Meta (Facebook and Instagram) — where advertising measurement is enabled, to report on ad performance.

Some of these providers are based outside the UK. Where data is transferred abroad it is protected by the safeguards the law requires, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or an adequacy decision.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no advertising cookies of its own. Embedded video and form tools may set their own cookies when you interact with them, and where advertising measurement is switched on, Meta may set a cookie to attribute ad performance. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; the site will still work.

How long we keep it

Application and booking data is kept for up to 24 months from your last contact with us. Member and payment records are kept for 6 years after your membership ends, because tax law requires it. Marketing contacts are removed as soon as you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You have the right to:

ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
have inaccurate data corrected;
ask us to delete your data where we have no ongoing reason to keep it;
object to, or ask us to restrict, how we use it;
withdraw consent at any time, where consent is the basis we rely on;
ask us to transfer your data to another provider.

Children
